NCTF Polyrevitalizing Booster

NCTF is sometimes nicknamed the Chanel injection in online chatter, but that is a nickname and not an official name. It refers to a product that combines hyaluronic acid with a cocktail of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other ingredients. Because the formula is detailed, it is smart to ask for the list in English.

How it works

The mixture is injected into the upper layers of skin using fine needles. The hyaluronic acid holds water, while the added ingredients are intended to support the skin's environment. This type of treatment is used for dull skin, fine lines and tired-looking areas. The effect is gradual and mild, and evidence for each ingredient varies. A series of sessions is common, followed by occasional top-ups. It does not add shape, lift sagging skin or replace procedures aimed at those goals.

Who it may suit

  • Dull, dry or tired-looking skin
  • Fine lines on the face and neck
  • Skin that looks dehydrated after sun or travel
  • Delicate areas such as around the eyes, when the doctor finds it suitable

The treatment day

  1. Skin and history check. The doctor looks at your skin and asks about allergies, medicines and past injectables.
  2. Numbing. Numbing cream is applied and left to work.
  3. Micro-injections. The product is placed in many small points across the area.
  4. Aftercare. The skin is cleaned and cooled, and written advice and next steps are given.

Aftercare

  • Keep your hands off your face and do not rub it on day one.
  • Tiny bumps and needle marks tend to settle within a day or two.
  • Leave makeup off for a few hours. Skip saunas and hard workouts for a day or two.
  • Use gentle skincare and sunscreen.
  • Keep dated photos to follow changes over the next weeks.

Things to know first

  • Redness, bumps, bruising and tenderness are common.
  • Allergic reactions to any ingredient are possible, so list your allergies, including to vitamins or additives.
  • Infection, lumps and delayed bumps are uncommon but can occur.
  • Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and skin infection or active skin disease in the area are reasons not to proceed.
  • Results are mild, build gradually and vary by person.

Talking through an NCTF booster in English

Do not rely on the nickname. Ask the doctor: What is the exact product name, and can I see the ingredient list? Ask for the name to be written on your treatment note. Because it contains many ingredients, tell the doctor about every allergy you have, including to vitamins, supplements, shellfish, latex or numbing medicines.

Ask what goal the treatment serves for your skin and how the doctor measures change. Ask how many sessions and how far apart, and what is realistic on a short trip. Tell the doctor about blood thinners, cold sores and recent procedures. If you will fly soon, ask when bumps should fade.

Terms you may hear: NCTF, HA, polyrevitalizing, micro-injection, cocktail and skin quality. Keep photos and the product list so a doctor at home can understand what you had, and ask for the aftercare to be written in English.

NCTF Polyrevitalizing Booster: common questions

Is the Chanel injection a real product name?

It is a nickname. Ask for the actual product name and ingredient list in writing.

What if I have many allergies?

Share the full list with the doctor first. A product with many ingredients may not be suitable.

Does it replace filler?

No. It targets skin quality, not volume or lifting.

How many sessions might I need?

Often a few, several weeks apart. The doctor decides based on your skin.
